Role Purpose To perform delivery, material movement, and basic logistics tasks to support smooth supply chain operations. This role assists with inbound and outbound logistics, inventory handling, subcontracting flow, and internal material transactions to ensure timely support for production and external delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Collection Duties • Perform delivery and collection of goods from customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Handle delivery documentation and obtain required signatures or acknowledgements. • Safely load and unload materials during transport activities. 2. Receiving & Issuing of Goods • Receive goods from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments when in office. • Issue materials to production and subcontracting jobs as instructed. • Verify materials, part quantities, and packaging condition upon receipt or before dispatch. 3. Inventory Handling • Perform physical movement of materials, WIP, and finished goods to designated areas or Modula Lift. • Support stock-in and stock-out transactions for cutting tools and deburring items. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store. 4. Packing & Identification • Perform packing of parts for shipment to customers and/ or sub-contracting. • Ensure proper labeling and packaging per SOP and customer guidelines. 5. General Support & Housekeeping • Perform daily store housekeeping and arrangement of materials. • Assist in stock take and inventory count as needed. • Carry out other logistics & delivery tasks as assigned by the Logistics Coordinator or Supply Chain Executive. Qualifications • Secondary school qualification or equivalent. • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel or ERP is a plus). • Holding a valid Class 3 (Manual) driving license. • Physically fit and capable of material handling. • Good attitude, responsible and punctual.

Responsibilities Oversight and management of quality assurance standards, monitoring processes and procedures for all MRO activities. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving issues in workshop/maintenance processes. Support and implement Safety Management System (SMS) requirements, hazard identification and risk management. Monitor and follow up on corrective actions taken to mitigate identified risks. Prepare and deliver reports on company safety performance, recommending targeted safety trainings. Manage training approvals, identify training needs and provide initial/recurrent training programs (Quality, Authority, HF, SMS). Assist in airworthiness authority audits, third-party inspections and plan/execute internal and external audits. Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage internal and external non-conformance processes, including RCCA development, review and corrective action tracking. Lead continuous improvement projects, business excellence initiatives and updates to MOE/internal procedures. Monitor equipment calibration schedules, review calibration reports and ensure compliance. Review and update bi-weekly Airworthiness Directives (FAR, EASA, CCAR, JCAB) to maintain regulatory compliance. Plan and conduct of Internal and external audit (Sub-contractor/Ad-hoc). Develop, review, and amend general procedures related to MRO activities. Report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, assisting in all QA/QC activities and supporting organizational goals. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering. 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as a QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor. Familiar with AS9100 and EASA/FAA/CAAS/CAAC Part 145. NADCAP Special Process Auditing experience (e.g. Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Processing, Welding) is advantageous.​ CAAS Air Legislation Paper. Knowledge of basic engineering and aircraft component repair. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, and an assertive yet tactful approach.​ Able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time. Able to work effectively with minimum supervision. Strong interpersonal, leadership, organization and project management skills.
